Anyway, I have to agree with most of your picks. I have never actually read Shiver, so I have no opinion about that couple yet. Thank you for reminding me of Holly and Gerry's love story though -- incredibly inspiring and realistic.
The Notebook is my favourite book and movie, love it.
Time TW is on my worst list.
I have Water for Elephants, I need to read it.

I've only read Romeo & Juliet-- and saw the movies of Notebook and Time Travler's Wife. Guess I should expand out of my usual genres-- I'm probably missing some great stories.
